Power point pricing is heavily front-loaded by the call-out and setup. Once we're on-site with a board off, each additional power point is far cheaper than a single one in isolation. The cheapest way to add power points is to bundle them: the seven you've been thinking about for a year cost less per power point than the one you call us out for next week.
What pushes a quote toward the upper end
Brick veneer, double-brick or solid-plaster walls add labour over plasterboard. Power points on the far side of the house from the switchboard mean longer cable runs through ceiling cavities. USB-C combo points and weatherproof outdoor power points cost more in components.
