● Thermographic Inspection
Annual infrared inspection of commercial switchboards, distribution boards, MCCs, busbars, cable terminations, and solar PV — finding loose lugs, phase imbalance, and stressed contactors before they fail. Severity-classified written reports suitable for insurer audits and asset records.

- —Inspection under representative load — MSB, MDB, DB, MCC, sub-mains

What working with us looks like.
Commercial work is different — out-of-hours access, contractor sign-in, induction paperwork, working at heights, and the EWP isn't always on site when you need it. We've worked with dozens of head contractors and we're used to the rhythm: WHS pack, COC and ESV lodgement, daily SWMS sign-off if that's the protocol on your job.
Variations and RFIs get a same-day turnaround — never more than twenty-four hours. If we genuinely can't, we'll tell you straight away rather than dragging it out. Defects window: twelve months on labour, manufacturer warranty on parts, same-day site attendance for any issue raised during business hours.
Insurance: $20m public liability, $10m product liability, full PI for any design work we touch. Certificates of currency available on request. ABN, REC and trade licences are all on the licensed contractor card on the about page.
