How we structure the quote
Every renovation quote splits cleanly into three line items: switchboard works (upgrade or sub-board if required), rough-in (cable everything during framing — power, lighting, data, AV pre-wire), and fit-off (fittings, switches, faceplates, commissioning). That structure lets you see exactly what scope drives which cost, and lets us stage payments around the build programme.
What's included in a Millar Electrics quote
A free site visit (drawings welcome), a written itemised quote within one to two business days for jobs of this size, and a fixed price held for the duration of the build with no creep. Variations during the build are documented and quoted before any extra work happens — you'll never see a surprise on the final invoice. Certificate of Electrical Safety lodged with Energy Safe Victoria on completion.
