A real career, not a churn-and-burn sub-contract.
Quietly growing across Melbourne's eastern suburbs since 2016. We hire electricians and apprentices who care about clean, code-correct work and treat every customer site like their own home.
Steady, varied work
Across residential, commercial, and industrial sites — no boring weeks, no two-week stretches on the same switchboard.
Above-award pay
Fully paid TAFE for apprentices, plus tools, PPE, and a fitted-out van you'll actually want to drive.
Real mentoring
From a master electrician with 20+ years on the tools — not a project manager who hasn't held a screwdriver in a decade.
Family-friendly hours
We finish on time so you can be home for dinner. After-hours emergency call-outs are voluntary and paid at premium rates.

Tradespeople who give a damn.
A short, honest list. If you read these and nod, you'll fit in here.
- 01
A current Victorian electrical licence (A-Grade for qualified roles), or a genuine commitment to your apprenticeship.
- 02
Pride in clean, code-correct work — every cable lugged properly, every penetration sealed, every site swept before you leave.
- 03
Reliability and clear communication. We deal with builders, body corporates, and homeowners — they all deserve respect and an accurate ETA.
- 04
A driver's licence and the ability to work independently across Melbourne's east. Most of our jobs are within 30 minutes of Nunawading.

A few lines on who you are, your licence or year of apprenticeship, and roughly when you can start. Attach a CV if you have one — but it's not a deal-breaker. We reply to every application within four business hours.
