Most home jobs start with a ten-minute phone call so we know whether to bring the test gear or the strip-out gear. We'd rather have the right kit on the first visit than book a second one.
Quote day is a walk-through, photos and a written fixed-price scope by the next business morning. Older Melbourne homes — anything pre-1990 — often need more than the brief: ceramic fuses, cloth-insulated TPS, rosette lights without a switched neutral. We'll flag what's needed for compliance and what's optional, so the price isn't a surprise.
Every circuit gets a Certificate of Electrical Safety lodged with Energy Safe Victoria — your record copy is in the inbox before we leave the site. We're licensed (REC 22849), insured, and we don't subcontract residential work to anyone outside the crew.
After hours: no callout charge for genuine emergencies in our service area, but we'll be straight with you about the fixed-price urgency premium so you can decide if it can wait until morning.
