Compliance and handover
All commercial work is completed to the relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules, AS/NZS 2293 emergency lighting, AS 1670 fire detection where applicable) and National Construction Code requirements. We provide full documentation for your building permit and occupancy certificate, lodge the Certificate of Electrical Safety with Energy Safe Victoria, and label every circuit on your switchboard for future maintenance.
